Drug Interactions With Trametinib

The following sections explain in detail the potentially negative interactions that can occur when any of the drugs mentioned above are combined with trametinib.
 
Aripiprazole
Trametinib may decrease blood levels of aripiprazole, potentially making it less effective. Your healthcare provider may choose to adjust your aripiprazole dosage if you take these medicines together.
 
Axitinib
Trametinib may decrease blood levels of axitinib, potentially making it less effective. These medicines should generally not be taken together when at all possible. Your healthcare provider may choose to monitor you more closely if you do take them together.
 
Saxagliptin
Trametinib may decrease blood levels of saxagliptin, potentially making it less effective. Your healthcare provider may choose to monitor you more closely if you take these medicines together. However, the manufacturer of saxagliptin does not recommend that saxagliptin doses be adjusted.
