Testiclare Cancer

When malignant (cancerous) cells first form in one or both testicles, it results in testicular cancer. This type of cancer affects approximately 8,000 men each year, with 390 of those cases resulting in death. Testicular cancer occurs most often in men between the ages of 20 and 39, and is most common in Caucasian men. It is also the most common form of cancer in men between the ages of 15 and 34. Although the incidence of this type of cancer has risen in recent years, more than 95 percent of cases can be cured using treatments such as surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy.
