Retinoblastoma Screening: Final Thoughts

If you think your child may be at risk for retinoblastoma, you should talk with your doctor. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways to reduce the retinoblastoma risk and can plan a schedule for checkups. Brothers and sisters of a child who has retinoblastoma should also have regular checkups and genetic counseling about the risk of developing the cancer.
