Precautions and Warnings With Pazopanib

Before you start taking pazopanib, talk to your healthcare provider about your medical history, particularly if you have a history of a heart attack, stroke, or any bleeding in your stomach. Other precautions for safely using pazopanib include warnings of potential drug interactions and allergic reactions. This medicine can increase your risk for other problems, such as liver problems, heart rhythm problems, and hypothyroidism.

  • Pregnant or thinking of becoming pregnant
  • Breastfeeding.
