Maranol

Marinol® (dronabinol) is a drug used in the treatment of appetite loss in people with AIDS. It can also be used to treat nausea and vomiting due to chemotherapy medications when other treatment options have failed.
This medicine comes in capsule form, and is taken anywhere from two to six times a day, depending on various factors, such as the condition being treated and how a person responds to Marinol.
