Medications that may cause drug interactions with vemurafenib include certain medicines that affect the heart rhythm and medicines that affect liver enzymes. These negative reactions can affect the level of vemurafenib in your blood or increase your risk for developing serious complications. To help prevent potentially serious complications with vemurafenib, tell your healthcare provider about all other medications, vitamins, or herbal supplements you are taking.
