Certain drugs may not be safe to use while undergoing treatment with Velcade, as dangerous interactions can occur. Combining Velcade with products like Plavix, St. John's wort, or vitamin C supplements may decrease the effectiveness of the drug or increase your risk for side effects. Make sure to give your doctor a list of all current medications, vitamins, and supplements you are using.
