Drug Interactions for Regorafenib
What If I Overdose on This Drug?
An overdose with this medication can cause a variety of potentially serious symptoms. Seek immediate medical attention if you or someone else may have overdosed on this medication.
Store regorafenib at room temperature, in its original bottle, with the lid tightly closed. Make sure your pharmacy dispenses regorafenib to you in the original bottle (not a pharmacy bottle). Do not remove the desiccant (the little packet) from the bottle, as it is there to absorb moisture and keep the medicine dry. Do not store regorafenib tablets in pill boxes (medi-sets) or bubble packs.
Regorafenib tablets are good for 28 days after the bottle is opened. Throw out any unused tablets 28 days after opening the bottle.
Keep this and all other medications out of the reach of children and pets.
What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose of Regorafenib?
If you miss your usual dose of regorafenib, take it as soon as you remember. If you do not remember until the next day, however, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take two doses of regorafenib in the same day to make up for a missed dose.
