Pazopanib is a drug prescribed to treat advanced renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer) and soft tissue carcinoma. By blocking an enzyme in the body, this medication can slow down the growth of cancer cells. It comes in tablet form and is taken once daily. Loss of appetite, nausea, and diarrhea are some of the most commonly reported reactions to this drug.
