Digoxin, echinacea, and certain chemotherapy drugs may cause potentially serious interactions when combined with oxaliplatin. Some of these reactions can increase the risk for dangerous side effects or decrease the effectiveness of the medicines. Your healthcare provider may need to monitor you more closely if you combine oxaliplatin with other products, and adjust your dosages if necessary.

An Overview of Oxaliplatin Interactions

Oxaliplatin (Eloxatin®) may interact with several other medications. Some of the drugs that may react with oxaliplatin include but are not limited to:
