When certain medications are taken together with nilutamide, there is a potential for drug interactions. Some of these reactions can make the medications less effective or increase your risk for side effects. Dilantin, Tagamet, and Prozac are among the medications that can react with nilutamide. Your healthcare provider may need to monitor you more closely if you are using any of these medicines with nilutamide.
