When products like Tylenol, St. John's wort, or live vaccinations are used in combination with Myleran, it may lead to reactions like side effects or reduced effectiveness of the medications. To help minimize the risks for these and other problems with Myleran, talk to your healthcare provider about any drug interactions that may apply to you.

An Overview of Interactions With Myleran

Myleran® (busulfan) may interact with a number of other medications. Some of the drugs that may react with Myleran include but are not limited to:
 
  • Acetaminophen (Tylenol®)
  • Amphotericin B (Abelcet®, AmBisome®, Amphotec®)
