Who Should Not Take Marinol?

You should avoid Marinol if you are allergic to it or to any of the following:
 
  • Dronabinol
  • Cannabinoids (including marijuana)
  • Sesame oil
  • Any of the inactive components used to make the medication.
     
Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients.
