If you have a certain type of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, your healthcare provider may recommend treatment with liposomal vincristine. This medication is used when the cancer has come back or gotten worse after at least two other leukemia treatments have been tried. It is given once a week as an intravenous (IV) injection. Common side effects include nausea, fever, and constipation.
