Nicardipine
Nicardipine may increase the level of lapatinib in your blood, possibly increasing your risk of side effects. Your healthcare provider may suggest a lower lapatinib dose to prevent this from happening.
 
Pioglitazone or Rosiglitazone
Lapatinib may increase the level of pioglitazone or rosiglitazone in your blood, possibly increasing your risk of side effects. Your healthcare provider may need to decrease your pioglitazone or rosiglitazone dosage to prevent drug interactions from occurring.
 
Protease Inhibitors
Protease inhibitors may increase the level of lapatinib in your blood, possibly increasing your risk of side effects. Your healthcare provider may suggest a lower lapatinib dose if you are taking these medications together.
 
Repaglinide

St. John's Wort
St. John's wort may increase the level of lapatinib in your blood, possibly increasing your risk of side effects. Talk to your healthcare provider before taking St. John's wort with lapatinib.
