Certain drugs may interfere with the action of ifosfamide. Interactions with this medication can occur when it is combined with alcohol, biologic medicines, and medications that cause drowsiness, among others. Some of these reactions may result in complications, such as an increased risk for side effects or a reduced effectiveness of the medications.
