What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose of Gefitinib?
If you miss a dose of gefitinib, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is almost time for your next dose. In this case, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take two doses of this medicine to make up for a missed one.

This medication is not available in generic form (see Generic Iressa).

Gefitinib is made by AstraZeneca UK Limited for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, LP. AstraZeneca withdrew gefitinib from the U.S. market. However, the company still manufactures the medication for use in other countries.
Gefitinib tablets come in one strength: Gefitinib 250 mg.
