If you take certain medications, vitamins, or supplements in combination with gefitinib, it may lead to drug interactions. Some of the products that may cause problems include warfarin, St. John's wort, and digoxin. In some cases, reactions to gefitinib can cause complications like dangerous bleeding, serious side effects, or decreased effectiveness of the medications.
