People who have certain types of cancer may receive 100 mg of CeeNU® (lomustine). This medicine comes as capsules that are usually taken as a single dose once every six weeks. CeeNU capsules come in three different strengths (10 mg, 40 mg, and 100 mg). However, your individual dosage will depend on a number of factors, such as:
Your height and weight
How you respond to and tolerate it
Other medications you are taking.
You may need to take different strengths of CeeNU capsules to make up your dose. Each strength comes as a different-colored capsule. Make sure you know exactly how many capsules of each strength to take.
