Several drugs can cause negative interactions with cabazitaxel, including CYP 3A4 inhibitor and inducer medications. Combining these products can affect how the liver breaks down the drugs, which could decrease the effectiveness of cabazitaxel or increase your risk for serious side effects. Before receiving an infusion, tell your healthcare provider about any other medications, vitamins, and supplements you are taking.
