Adverse reactions can occur if you combine certain drugs, so make sure your healthcare provider knows about all other medications, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are taking before starting chemotherapy treatment with Adcetris. Potentially serious interactions can occur if Adcetris is used in combination with certain biologic drugs, live vaccines, St. John's wort, or other products.

An Overview of Interactions With Adcetris

Adcetris™ (brentuximab vedotin) may react with a number of other medications. Some of the drugs that may interact with Adcetris include but are not limited to:
 
  • Amphotericin B (Abelcet®, AmBisome®, Amphotec®)
  • Bleomycin
  • Certain biologic and immunologic mediations, such as:
 
 
  • CYP 3A4 inducer medications, such as:
