Drug Interactions With Lapatinib

Medications that may cause drug interactions with lapatinib include rifamycin antibiotics, nefazodone, and protease inhibitors. These interactions can affect the level of lapatinib in your blood or increase your risk of developing heart failure or an irregular heart rhythm called QT prolongation.
