Kyprolis Side Effects

Serious Side Effects

  • Black, tarry stools
  • Signs of anemia, such as:
    • Unusual tiredness
    • Weakness
    • Pale skin
    • Shortness of breath
 
  • Numbness, tingling, pain, or burning sensations in the hands or feet
  • Muscle weakness or difficulty walking
  • Chest pain, tightness, or pressure
  • Shortness of breath
  • A bluish tinge to your skin or lips
  • A change in how much or how often you urinate
  • A rash or skin reaction at the injection site
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Swelling of the arms, hands, legs, ankles, or feet
  • Unexplained weight gain
  • Increased blood pressure
  • Persistent or severe nausea and vomiting, especially if you cannot keep food down
  • Yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes (jaundice)
  • Dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting
  • Signs of hyperglycemia (high blood sugar levels), such as:
    • Increased thirst
    • Frequent urination
