Emend Dosage

For the prevention of nausea and vomiting due to chemotherapy, the recommended Emend dosage is 125 mg one hour before chemotherapy, then 80 mg once daily for the next two days. Emend dosing guidelines must be followed as prescribed in order for the medication to work properly.
