Chlorambucil Tablets
Available in the form of tablets, chlorambucil (Leukeran®) is a medication prescribed to treat certain types of blood cancer. Specifically, it is used in the treatment of the following cancers:
- Chronic lymphocytic leukemia
- Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma
- Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Chlorambucil tablets are available in one strength (2 mg) and taken once daily. Your specific dosage will depend on your weight, the reason you are taking the medication, and various other factors. Try to take this medicine on an empty stomach, about one hour before or two hours after eating. Also, try to take your dose at same time each day to keep an even level of the medicine in your bloodstream.
