Propoxyphene Napsylate Drug Information

Propoxyphene napsylate (Darvon-N®) is a prescription drug licensed to treat mild-to-moderate pain in adults. Before starting treatment, make sure your healthcare provider has the most up-to-date information on your medical history, including any other drugs you are taking (be sure to mention nonprescription medicines, vitamins, and supplements).
