Nilotinib Drug Information
Nilotinib (Tasigna®) is a medication used to treat chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), a type of cancer that affects the blood and bone marrow. This medicine is approved for use in people age 18 and older. Nilotinib comes in the form of a capsule that is taken twice daily on an empty stomach. Possible side effects may include fatigue, nausea, and headaches.
