  • Signs of liver problems, such as:
    • Yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes (jaundice)
    • Dark urine
    • Pale stool
    • Upper-right abdominal (stomach) pain
  • Frequent or painful urination or urinary urgency
  • Swelling of the legs, ankles, or feet
  • Shortness of breath, or a new or worsening dry cough
  • Persistent nausea or vomiting
  • Loss of vision, eye pain, or eye "floaters"
  • Severe or persistent dizziness or fainting
  • A fast or irregular heartbeat
  • Swelling, pain, redness, burning, or leakage of fluid around your injection site.
